Caqtus does not collect personal information for marketing purposes or sell personal information to third parties.
Personal information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and business contact details may be received when you contact Caqtus, request a quotation or become a client or supplier. This information is used only where necessary to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, carry out work, maintain business records and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or where required by law. Appropriate measures are taken to keep personal and business information secure.
Client Confidentiality
Client work is treated as confidential. Caqtus regularly works with design agencies, product designers and other businesses on commercially sensitive projects and understands the importance of protecting designs, concepts and information prior to launch.
Project information, drawings, CAD data and other confidential material will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary to carry out agreed work or where required by law. Caqtus is also happy to work under a client's Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where required.
